Scot Jackson – Tips for staying hydrated!

It is really hot this summer so here are some tips to prevent getting dehydrated especially for the sports that train outside.

  1. Drink lots of water, even more than usual especially when training.
  2. Eat fruits and vegetables that are waterbased like cucumber.
  3. Stay inside or in the shade when it gets really hot.
  4. Wear loose clothing to training .

Stay healthy!
