Special Olympics New Zealand’s 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 22 May 2024 at 6pm.
The AGM will be held by zoom and we are inviting all clubs to register for your attendance. As the AGM is a formal process we are required to do a roll call of those attending and any apologies. If you would like to attend the AGM please email admin@specialolympics.org.nz with the following information:
- Full name
- Club name
- Who you will be logging on as in zoom account. (From our earlier webinars we found that many people had phone login details which meant that we couldn’t identify who they were or which club they belong to, e.g iphone or user or nicknames, this way we can better identify you when you join the call to register your attendance.)
Further documentation will be sent out closer to the meeting.
If members want to submit a question for general business items to be addressed during the AGM can you please send these through to admin@specialolympics.org.nz in advance up until 5pm Wednesday 8th May, 2024.
