Online Athlete Registrations
From the 10th February, online athlete registrations will be available. Over the next five months we will continue to accept paper-based registrations, but from July 1st 2021 all athlete registrations will be completed online.
You can access the online athlete registration form from the main website menu under ‘register’.
Online Volunteer and Unified Partner Registrations
From the 29th March, online volunteer and unified partner registrations will be available. We will continue to accept paper-based registrations until September 1st 2021 , from then all volunteer and unified partner registrations will be completed online.

Uploading Forms – Converting JPEGs to PDFs
Athlete medicals and Police vetting forms are often scanned as images/JPEGS. These need to be converted to a single PDF in order to be uploaded to the online registrations. The below tutorials work for both Athlete Medical forms and Police Vetting forms.
You do not need to download any special software to convert JPEGS to PDFS.
