Bowling

Bowling

Bowling is a popular sport enjoyed by many athletes of all ages. It contributes to balance, coordination and motor skills and is played indoors.

Bowling is able to fill the needs of many athletes because it is a simple game, the rules are not complex and the basic skills are quickly learned.

Athletes train and compete in regulation bowling alleys and play singles, doubles and teams. Athletes complete in 10-frame regulation games.

Some athletes use side rails to assist in keeping the ball on track.
