It is from the young age of 13 that Amanda Trueman started volunteering to teach people with disabilities equestrian, sharing her own love of the sport with others.
“I have been involved with teaching people with disabilities to ride for 12 years. I have ridden all my life and when was 15 I got involved with Special Olympics through Riding for the Disabled (RDA) and am now the Head Coach for Marlborough.”
The Special Olympics World Summer Games 2015 will be Amanda’s second Summer World Games.
It is such a great opportunity for athletes and coaches alike! And a great place to make awesome new friends.
