How much training do you do?

For these Games I trained seven days a week, gym work, track work and a bit of running in my spare time.

What are your hobbies?

I don't know if I have any hobbies apart from sport. I used to play basketball but I had to stop because of injuries. I used to do a bit of swimming and I do ten pin bowling.

Who are your sporting heroes?

Nick Willis and Peter Snell.

Who is the funniest person on the NZ team?

There's quite a few but I'd probably have to say Dean Skinner from the basketball team. He's a funny old chap. We've a few comedians on the athletics team as well.

Kwame Williams-Accra

What do you like about running?

I like running because it's my sport. I also play basketball for Wellington.

Tell me about your 200m final?

I came first but I got disqualified because I changed lanes but I'm not too sad about it.

What do you think of Greece?

It's ok. It's a bit crowded but it's alright.
