The Training Practice

Established in 2000, the Training Practice partners with a range of private and public sector organisations to create energy and action, developing people's leadership, management and communication skills.  

The Training Practice’s three main facilitators, Hilary Bryan, Emma Holderness, and Claire Keenan travel extensively around New Zealand working with organisations to enhance their people capabilities through consultation and training solutions. Their style is thoughtful, provocative and above all, a lot of fun.                                             

The Training Practice's client base is diverse and includes not-for-profit organisations such as AFS and Yachting New Zealand (and now Special Olympics New Zealand), Government ministries and crown entities, and public sector organisations such as Trade Me and Kiwibank. 
 

All facilitators have considerable experience in the training field, both in-house and as consultants, and all three of them originally trained as teachers. Earlier in her career, Emma spent seven years as a Royal New Zealand Air Force officer providing training development and delivery, managing teams and leading projects. Our Global Messengers are in for a great year of learning under the tutelage of the Training Practice.
